Terms of Use

1) Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Azim mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

2) Service Description

Azim provides features such as prayer times, worship habit tracking, Quran reading, reminders, and other spiritual support tools. The App does not provide religious counseling or official religious rulings. All content provided in the App is for general informational and personal use purposes.

3) Account-Free Usage

The App can be used without creating an account. Most user data is stored locally on the device.

4) Subscriptions and Payments

Pro features may be offered through auto-renewable weekly and monthly subscriptions.

  • Payment will be charged to the user's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • The renewal fee will be charged by Apple within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  • Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in the user's Apple ID account settings.
  • Pricing, free trial periods, and refund policies are subject to Apple App Store policies.
  • Refund requests are handled directly by Apple.

5) Free and Pro Access Rules

Certain features may only be available to Pro subscribers. Feature limits are displayed within the App and may be updated as part of product improvements.

6) User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

  • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards,
  • Not misuse the system,
  • Not attempt reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or service disruption.

7) Content and Intellectual Property

The interface, design, code, and branding elements of the App are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Copyright and licensing responsibilities for sourced content belong to the respective content providers.

8) Service Availability

The App may become temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions.

9) Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

10) Termination

Users may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. In case of violations of these terms, access to the App or certain features may be restricted to the extent permitted by law.

11) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central).

12) Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published within the App and will become effective upon publication.
